Did you know? Students at St. Michael School perform far above the national averages in all curriculum areas on the Terra Nova II standardized test. St. Michael School is accredited from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. St. Michael School has an active Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society. St. Michael School provides Extended Day Care from 7a.m.-5:30p.m. and a variety of before and after-school clubs including: Ski Club, Drama Club, Student Council, Running Club and much, much more! During the Year of the Priest Saint Michael Parish is one of six designated locations in the Archdiocese of Boston to pray for the Sanctification of Priests and Vocations to the priesthood in our Adoration Chapel. Public hours are Sunday 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm and Saturday 7am to 4pm. Parishioners and visitors are invited to join our "Prayer Team" by committing to one hour a week in the Adoration Chapel. Parishioners can also sign up for the early morning hours of 5am to 7am and the evening hours on Monday through Friday from 8pm to midnight. Pre-Cana Program. St. Michael's offers a Pre-Cana program twice a year (Spring and Fall). It is staffed entirely by parish couples who are willing to assist engaged couples prepare for marriage. Sometimes we get so caught up with adjusting to parenthood, that we never get around to having our children baptized! Maybe the time is now to share, in a new way, God's unconditional love for his children. Maybe the time is now to bring your child into the Catholic church family through the sacrament of baptism. If you have a child, Pre-Kindergarten to second grade who has not yet been baptized in the Catholic Church, make an appointment now with one of our priests by calling the rectory at 978-686-4050. |
